Services range from the privatisation of public real estate portfolios and capital market strategies for real estate companies through real estate investments in selected locations in Germany and abroad, to the design and realisation of exclusive private placements and support for clients’ major individual real estate projects. We diversify and stabilise our clients’ portfolios through investment offers on Oppenheim-Esch Group properties.

Closed-end real estate funds with holdings of differing sizes represent one example of selected offers. A number of legal and financial constructions are available to realise individual investments, such as coinvestments with partners and external associates of the Bank. We secure our clients’ investment goals with the support of established local partners. Upon request, we provide our clients with individual financing concepts for all types of real estate investments.

The tax-transparent Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), which are new in Germany, represent an attractive expansion of real estate investment opportunities. It is likely that now private investors too can quickly and flexibly adapt the real estate component in their portfolios to suit their individual investment needs.
